 Job Responsibilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and consistently meet targets.
  • Experience working in a very fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking skill is required.
  • High attention to detail is required. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to negotiate in order to adequately sell the brand and product.
  • Meet key performance metrics such as sales, productivity and quality requirements.
  • Demonstrates full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings and has the ability to communicate them clearly to customers at every sales opportunity.
  • Provides quality customer service over the phone, including information regarding products and services, billing, repair, collections and other types of inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

ob Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Able to work in a phone based, customer focused, target-driven environment.
  • A skilled communicator with high energy level and persuasion skills.
  • Able to work a fully flexible schedule to include all days and shifts as assigned, including weekends and holidays.
  • Have a strong sales aptitude with the ability to up-sell, cross-sell and overcome objections.
  • Possess strong computer skills; must computer applications and internet browser proficient.
  • Dependable and punctual in assigned work schedule.
  • Previous experience providing sales and customer service in a call centre environment (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Minimum 4 CXC passes including English and Mathematics / equivalent certifications.
