THE ROLE:
- Call potential customers to book them a demo on Clients’ platform (NO COLD CALLING involved)
- Call existing customers to verify customer information
- Meet or exceed the number of required daily customer decisions
- Enter order information into the customer database
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, and write fluent English
- Computer proficiency
- Must be flexible with time
- Own a working PC/Laptop with Windows 10 (4GB and above)
- Must have reliable highspeed internet (above 10mbps)
- Reside in St. James and surrounding areas
- Previous call center experience would be an asset
