We are seeking 20 sales agent island-wide to sell Redplate Technology products and services to new customers and up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers – Are you a people person? Do you have experience in sales?
Selling Redplate Technology products and services to the business, transportation, and logistics industry; owners and operators including business, taxi, truck, motorcycle, etc.
Close new deals at a high rate
Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)
Build relationships with existing customers
Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
Comfortable on the phone
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and conversational/interpersonal skills
Sharp sales chops
Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently
1 year of experience in sales (would be an asset)
Proven record of personal quota
Experience working with CRM (would be an asset)
Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency (Mandatory)
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Able to travel
BA/BS degree or 5 CXCs Subjects
