We are currently seeking a bookkeeper to join our growing team.
•Candidate must be fully conversant with Quickbooks online accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
•Must be able to manage accounting functions for a manufacturing company all the way through to Trial balance
•Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards and also keep up-to-date with new accounting principles and regulations
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
•Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including requisitions and processing payments
•Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
• Must possess a High degree of accuracy and attention to details
•2-4 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping and preferably possessing a degree
