THE ROLE:

  • Call potential customers to book them a demo on Clients’ platform (NO COLD CALLING involved)
  • Call existing customers to verify customer information
  • Meet or exceed the number of required daily customer decisions
  • Enter order information into the customer database

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, and write fluent English
  • Computer proficiency
  • Must be flexible with time
  • Own a working PC/Laptop with Windows 10 (4GB and above)
  • Must have reliable highspeed internet (above 10mbps)
  • Reside in St. James and surrounding areas
  • Previous call center experience would be an asset
