GUARDSMAN GROUP LTD – System Administrator (Kingston)

Main Purpose of Job
The general purpose of this position is to troubleshoot system issues and give remote assistance to clients.
She/He is also required to dispatch the team and ensures that the team carries out the functions of the department satisfactorily.

Qualification & Experience
. Minimum Associates Degree in System;
.Administration/Information Technology;
.At least 2 years’ experience in System Admin. in a shift environment;
.Must be at least 25 years old;
.Working knowledge of Electronics;
.Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
.Previous B.P.O. experience would be an
asset.

Knowledge & Skills Required
.Highly Customer Service Oriented;
.Strong Interpersonal Skills.

Key Activities & Responsibilities
.Dispatch response team immediately;
.Ensure all open dispatch ticket is closed out after the report is documented;
.Submit dispatch log weekly on Mondays to the Management Team;
.Ensure compliance with the company’s SOP;
.Report system issues after troubleshooting fails;
.Prepare and submit Initial Incident Reports.
