We’re looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team.
- Associate Degree in Accounting, with 3 – 5 years’ experience in the accounting field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Accounting principles and standards
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities including time management
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Enter key data daily of financial transactions in database
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
